An earthquake measuring 6.6 on the Richter Scale struck off 130 km southwest of Patra, Greece in the wee hours of Friday.
According to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre, the quake occurred at approximately 2:00 (local time) and struck at a depth of 10 kilometres.
No casualties or injury has been reported as yet.
