'A man was once in love with' Ranbir Kapoor

Ranbir Kapoor recently revealed that he was once dragged into a situation where a man was in love with him.

The 34-year-old, whose soon to be released film 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' is all about unrequited love, was asked if he ever came across such a situation in real life, reports Pinkvilla.

The Kapoor lad gave an interesting reply and said, "A man was once in love with me. Obviously, I wasn't because that's not my sexuality. But it's never been one-sided with a woman."

"Unrequited love is all about loving someone dearly and not being loved back. Fortunately, I have not been in that situation. I am a loving person. I'd like to believe I am a swell guy, so people would love me back. Of course I have had my fair share of heartbreak," he said.

 

Adding that 'ADHM' is more of a Karan Johar biopic, the 'Roy' star said, "When he narrated the story, I realised he was saying something personal. As an actor, it helps you in a selfish way."

Ranbir's sizzling chemistry with his co-star Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has been the talk of the town for the past few weeks.

"There's already a baggage of emotions coming from the director, which makes your life easier," he added.

Also starring Anushka Sharma, Shah Rukh Khan, Fawad Khan and many others, the star-studded flick will hit theaters on October 28.
