After 17 years, Lahore gets first woman SHO
Ghazal Sharif has been appointed Lahore's first station house officer (SHO).
She will head the Rang Mahal police station.
The announcement came after Deputy Inspector General (DIG) - operations issued orders for the appointment and transferring of SHOs of numerous police stations, Geo News has reported.
Ghazal has assured charge of her duties.
