Amanda Bynes' parents have filed legal documents in order to hand over the conservatorship of their daughter to someone else.
According to TMZ.com, the 28-year-old actress will now be under the scan of a mental health professional who specializes in handling people with severe mental illnesses.
Sources have revealed that parents of the American actress will ask the judge to transfer conservatorship powers to that person along with the financial matters.
Bynes' parents will leave for California and will move to Texas to be closer to their older daughter.
