Apple has confirmed that their mobiles, desktop, and Web services are safe from the infamous Heartbleed bug, which has been attacking the internet.
Heartbleed is a software bug, which allows the attacker to access the host computer, and retrieve private information like user-names and passwords, Cnet reports.
A spokesperson of Apple insisted that the company takes security very seriously, adding that iOS and OS X never included the vulnerable software.
Heartbleed has the capability to potentially expose people's usernames and passwords on sites like Facebook, Google, Yahoo, Pinterest, the report added.
