Beyonce's dad once approached Sony for Destiny Child's biopic

A cyber attack on Sony Pictures has revealed that Beyonce's dad Mathew Knowles once approached the studio with an aim to make a Destiny Child's biopic on his daughter.

According to the leaked emails, Knowles Senior offered the studio first dibs on a movie about the girl group, TMZ.com reported.

The leaked emails by hackers also gave a hint that the Sony executives loved the idea, however nothing happened after that.

Another leaked email referenced a possible Kanye West feature film.
