Case registered against BJP MLA, DJS's president for provoking speeches

The police registered two separate cases against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Goshamahal MLA Raja Singh and the president of an organisation Darsgah Jihad-O-Shahadat (DJS) Abdul Majid for promoting enmity among the public.

According to sources, on May 7 during an interview to a news channel, MLA Singh allegedly stated that Old City of Hyderabad is the Mini Pakistan.

He also claimed that he was preparing the private army and training the youth with the lethal weapons to fight with others.

On May 12, Majid had conducted mass drill with arms and lathis at Hazrat Ujale Shah Edigha ground and gave provoking speeches to the participants.
