CBS set to start 'CSI: Cyber' Spinoff series

CBS has ordered a new 'CSI' spinoff series titled 'CSI

The series will focus on the technology advancement to the point where criminals are committing crimes at global proportions with a touch of a button, the Hollywood Reporter reported.

Arquette will star as Avery Ryan, who is assigned to solve high-octane crimes that start in the mind, lives online and play out in the real world.

Exec producer Jerry Bruckheimer broke the news on Twitter, confirming the return of the show and marked it as the third spinoff from the flagship series.
