Channing Tatum defends releasing daughter's first pic

Channing Tatum, who posted a Facebook photo of his 3-week-old daughter with wife Jenna Dewan-Tatum on Father's Day, has revealed that they decided to release the picture in order to stop paparazzi from hounding them.

The 33-year-old actor told ET Canada that they didn't want to go through a tabloid, People magazine reported.

The 'Step Up' star said that he hopes that now that he has debuted daughter Everly with a family portrait, the media will let him be.
