After 2 decades, Bollywood actress Kajol returns to Tamil cinema with Dhanush's forthcoming film 'Velaiyilla Pattathari 2'.

The 42-year-old took to her Twitter handle to share a picture with '#thenewteam' from the first day of photo shoot.

The snap shows a lovely Kajol dressed in black posing with Dhanush and Soundarya, the film's director.

"Finally 1st day photoshoot! #backtotamilafter20yrs#thenewteam," wrote the 'Dilwale' star.

On a related note, this would be Kajol's second Tamil film after her Kollywood debut 'Minasara Kanavu' in 1997 with Arvind Swamy and Prabhu Deva that became a box office hit.
