Congress' Charanjit Singh Channi uses coin to decide transfer case
A recent video that has gone viral is showing Congress leader and Punjab Technical Education Minister Charanjit Singh Channi tossing a coin to decide a transfer case.
The incident has prompted the opposition Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to demand Channi's resignation.
Channi is yet to come out with a clarification.
