Curfew imposed in violence-hit Harda District

Curfew was clamped in Madhya Pradesh's Harda District after a clash between two groups on Friday.

Clashes took place after Hindus in Khirkiya village saw a dead cow in a pond.

Rioters pelted stones at each other and burnt houses.

Police have since brought the situation under control, said Additional District Magistrate Anil Tiwari.
