The widow of Roger Rodas, the man driving the Porsche which crashed killing actor Paul Walker, is reportedly suing the vehicle claiming it suffered from "faulty design and suspension".

According to Sky News, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's department stated the reason for crash to be the excessive speed 80 to 93mph at which Rodas was driving the car at, but Kristine Rodas said in her complaint that her husband was driving the car at 55mph before the accident.

The 2005 Porsche Carrera GT was even examined by engineers in California post the incident but they didn't find any issues with the vehicle.

The 40-year-old Fast and Furious star and Rodas were killed in the high-speed accident in Santa Clarita, California, in November, 2013.
