Egyptian court outlaws Muslim Brotherhood's political wing

A court in Egypt has reportedly banned the Freedom and Justice Party (FJP), the political wing of Muslim Brotherhood.
The verdict will prevent the party from contesting the parliamentary elections later this year, reported the BBC.
The government had already declared the FJP a terrorist organization in December.
The Brotherhood was earlier accused of inciting a wave of violence to destabilize the country after President Mohammed Morsi was overthrown by the Egyptian military in July 2013.
