Encounter still on between militants, security forces in Kashmir's Pulwama District

An encounter which broke out on Monday night is currently underway between security forces and militants holed up in a village in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama District.

Security forces had launched a massive search operation in the area late last night to drive out militants believed to be hiding there.

The operation had been halted for a few hours during the night, and was resumed today morning.

There have been no reports of casualties until now.
