Four militants gunned down along Assam-Arunachal border

The security forces gunned down four militants at Lohit District near Assam and Arunachal Pradesh border on Tuesday morning.
Out of the four slain militants, three belong to the Nationalist Socialist Council of Nagaland (Khaplang) (NSCN (K)) while one belongs to the United Liberation Front of Assam (Independent) (ULFA (I)).
The security personnel have also recovered one AK-56 rifle and two pistols in the operation.
The operation is still underway.
