Govt. must explain why moving ICJ on POWS impossible: CPI

Communist Party of India (CPI) leader D Raja on Wednesday asked the government to explain, why it could not move to International Court of Justice to have prisoners of war kept in Pakistan released.

"Government of India should explain that what are the consequences that they anticipate, and in what way it is going to affect our interests and security concerns.

There are 54 missing soldiers and officers who have been captured and languishing in Pakistani jails.
