While the post had so many people thinking that the 46-year-old singer was really pregnant with her boyfriend Blake Shelton's baby, others quickly realized it was just a prank.

Later, during her appearance on 'The Late Show With Stephen Colbert,' the 'Rich Girl' hit-maker confirmed the news was simply an April Fools' prank as she displayed her toned mid-section in a sheer, fishnet ensemble as she exited the show's New York set.
