High time Pak is declared 'terror state': Rajeev Chandrasekhar

Independent Rajya Sabha MP Rajeev Chandrasekhar on Friday again sought support to introduce a resolution in the Parliament to declare Pakistan a terror state, and said it was time this is acted upon.
"Pakistan is actively fomenting terrorism against India. Many lives have been lost. Since 1994, the Parliament has not spoken a word against it, and it's high time, the parliament does that," he told ANI.
Chandrasekhar asserted that the Pakistani state has continuously been supporting and providing a safe sanctuary for terrorist activities.
Chandrasekhar, on February 3, had moved a Private Members' Bill, in the Upper House of the Parliament seeking to declare Pakistan a terror state, but withdrew it in March.
