India in talks with Afghan officials to secure abducted woman's release

India is in touch with the Afghan authorities to secure the release of a Judith D'Souza, who was abducted from Kabul on Thursday night.
Sources said the Indian embassy is in touch with senior Afghan authorities and the government is also in touch with her family in Kolkata.
The Afghan authorities are making all efforts to secure the early release of the 40-year-old woman.
As per reports, the woman, working with an NGO, was abducted from Taimani area of Kabul.
