J-K: Civilian shot dead in Kupwara

A young boy was shot dead by unknown gunmen this morning at Waderbala in Handwara, Jammu and Kashmir.

According to the local police, the boy has been identified as 20 year old Liyaqat Ali from Waderbala.

Reports state that the victim worked as a porter for the Indian Army located there.
