J-K: Grenade attack on police post in Anantnag, no injuries reported

A grenade attack took place on a police post in Sherbagh area of Anantnag district in Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday afternoon.

No injuries have been reported.

Following the attack, security has been tightened in the whole district.
