J.K. Rowling has admitted that her reputation has been restored as she received an apology from Daily Mail after winning the case in court.

The 'Harry Potter' author believed that the apology has been read out in court that made her completely vindicated and also she is happy to bring these proceedings to a close, E! Online reported.

The 49-year-old British novelist stated that she could have a unilateral statement read in open court in the terms of the draft she had submitted for approval.

The publication previously published an article over the writer's time as a single mother titled "How J.K. Rowling's Sob Story About Her Past as a Single Mother Has Left the Churchgoers Who Cared for Her Upset and Bewildered".
