Jennifer Aniston wasn't always health conscious

Jennifer Aniston has revealed that she hasn't always been so health conscious as she is now.

The 44-year-old actress explained that people overestimate themselves when they are young because they think they're invincible, the Daily Express reported.

The former 'Friends' star confessed that in her younger years, she didn't even drink water, only sodas and didn't take that good care of herself.
