A wristwatch, which was used to declare the time of former President John F. Kennedy's death, is expected to fetch more than 100,000 dollars.

A New York City auction house is selling the watch that belonged to the former neurosurgeon at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Texas, Dr. Kemp Clark, who declared Kennedy dead on November 22, 1963, Mashable reports.

According to the report, Clark filled out and signed Kennedy's death certificate several months after Kennedy's assassination based on his own testimony.

However, Clark did not mention the watch in this testimony.

This is said to be an approximation of the time of Kennedy's death, as it is extremely difficult to precisely tell the time when he died.

Clark's family is selling the watch, which he used throughout his medical career, and they said that a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Red Cross.
