Justin Bieber is being sued for 1,00,000 dollar over claims that he smashed up a mobile phone at Cle nightclub in Houston, Texas, last month.
The 22-year-old pop star is accused of destroying Robert Earl Morgan's mobile phone when he tried to record footage of the singer attempting to chug a beer bong, reports the Mirror.
According to the lawsuit filed by Morgan, Beiber became "enraged, grabbed his cell phone and smashed it to pieces."
The 'Baby' singer was sued for such a large amount because the phone contained impossible to replace pictures, including those of his grandmother's 100th birthday party and up to 5,000 images and videos from his travels.
