Kate Winslet has revealed that she considers office-going mothers as real heroes because they know how to balance their professional and personal lives.
The 'Labour Day' star also told Glamour magazine that she could have hired lots of help to do things for her three children, but she would be unhappy with that setting, Contactmusic reported.
The 38-year-old actress added that she doesn't want her children to be raised that way because her family is her core.
