Kylie Jenner attacked by fan post Chris Brown's gig

Kylie Jenner winced in pain when a fan pulled her hair while she was leaving from Chris Brown's Anaheim's concert.

The 18-year-old reality star was in deep pain when a person standing outside the venue pulled back her green long-locks, snapping her head back, TMZ.com reported.

Although, the security wasn't able to prevent the attack, they later acted quickly and took Jenner to safety.
