Lily Allen believes that Miley Cyrus is Britian's best singer as the singer is incredible and she has such a presence.

The 29-year-old Brit singer asserted that it was kind of incredible to watch the 'Wrecking Ball' singer as she was a real force, the Daily Star reported.

Allen said that Cyrus was up there with Oasis show or the Stone Roses or something.
