Man arrested for raping minors
Kottayam police on Friday arrested the director of a shelter home Aswasa Bhavan, here for allegedly raping four minor girls.
The accused Jose Mathew was out on bail when he committed the alleged crime.
Earlier in July last year, he was arrested for raping a minor.
