Manipur polls: Stage set to witness first phase of elections
Manipur is all set to go for its first phase of two-phased elections today.
With 38 constituencies going for polls, the elections will be fought on 60 seats.
A total of 2,794 polling stations have been set up across the state.
The second-phase will be held on March 08.
