'Stuart Little' star Geena Davis has revealed that she wished she could have known back when she was 18 that the best years of her life would be in middle age.
The 57-year-old actress told the Sun that she is not exactly jumping up and down with joy at getting older, but she does not fear it any more.
The Academy award winner, who had a daughter at 46 and twin boys at 48, insisted that she was a 100 percent sure that she would be a better parent in her 40s than she would have been 10 or 20 years earlier.
She said that she is more at ease with life than she's ever been.
Davis added that If only she could have known that being in her forties and beyond was not the disaster she feared, she could have relaxed and enjoyed life more.
