Minor alleges gang-raped by father, brother, uncle

Father, brother and two uncles of a 17-year-old girl were arrested on Tuesday in Dhandheda village of Muzaffarnagar on charges of gang-raping her.

The police arrested all the four accused following the minor girl filed a complaint against them.

The police filed the case under section 376 D(gang rape) of IPC and is investigating the matter.

The girl's mother and sister-in-law, however, refused the allegation dubbing it baseless.
