Punjab: Two labourers die from smoke inhalation

At least two labourers were found dead from smoke inhalation on Saturday in an under construction building in Punjab's Ludhiana city.

The two labourers, who had lit a small fire inside a room to fight the cold weather last night, succumbed to smoke inhalation, police said.

The identities of the deceased are yet to be determined.

The bodies have been sent to civil hospital for postmortem.
