Shawn 'Jay-Z' Carter came as a guest on the premiere of 'The Van Jones Show', this Saturday.

On the show, he disapproved Donald Trump for calling Haiti as 'shithole country' and disrespecting its citizens who immigrate to the US. He reportedly said that "Everyone feels anger, but after the anger, it's really hurtful."

Grammy-award winner also made remarks on the on-going 'me too' movement aimed at promoting gender equality and curbing sexual abuse at the workplace.

He said, "It's almost like we normalized (sexual harassment). You have to survive in America. In order to survive, you have to normalize it. So for it to get uncovered and the world to correct itself, this is what has to happen", as reported by The Hollywood Reporter.
