Miley Cyrus showed just how bendy and twisty she can get with her new Instagram pic where she's in a pretty complicated yoga pose.

The 22-year-old 'We Can't Stop' singer's yoga snap shows the pop star contorted with her arms wrapped around her body, with her semi-crossed legs, E! Online reported.

As for her workout gear, she dons an orange printed leotard with her short blond hair up in a ponytail.

The singer captioned the snapshot with sunflower emoji.
