Shocking! Cops drag dead body with rope in Bihar

In a shocking incident which would put the entire humanity to shame, police officers in Vaishali district of Bihar tied a corpse with his neck and dragged the dead body after it was spotted by the locals.

A rope was tied to the neck of the dead body and was dragged to over a thousand metres after having pulled it out of river Ganga.

What is more tragic is that the incident took place in front of many keen eyes, who didn't even say a word to stop this act of police.
