Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan's secretary S.P. Singh has been transferred after three years.
Kumar Kamlesh took charge as Khan's new secretary.
Azam Khan, the MLA from Rampur assembly constituency, was earlier the cabinet minister in the Samajwadi Party-led Uttar Pradesh Government.
