State Level Advisory Committee distributes financial aid to sportspersons in Guwahati

The State Level Advisory Committee for Student and Youth Welfare recently distributed financial aid to sportspersons who won medal in the different international events during the year 2013-14.

The programme was held in the Chief Minister's conference hall in Assam Secretariat.

Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi also distributed Rs .50, 000 to state sports association in order to help them to prepare their team for the different national championships.
