Two security personnel injured in encounter in J-K

Two security personnel have been injured in an encounter with militants in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama district this morning.

According to television reports, the encounter took place at Tral during a counter-insurgency operation launched by security forces following information about the presence of militants in the area.

A jawan of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and a Jammu and Kashmir policeman sustained injuries in the exchange of fire.
