Vogue has been sued over Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's behind-the- scenes video of the cover shoot.
Rickey Spicer from the one-hit-wonder group The Ponderosa Twins Plus One, who sued West last year, claiming that West had ripped one of his songs for a track on his album 'Yeezus,' claimed that he was left shocked when he heard his voice in the West title 'Bound 2.'
His Manhattan civil suit against Vogue publisher Conde Nast states that Spicer's voice comprises approximately 44 percent of the lyrics in the video, the New York Post reported.
Spicer said that the magazine knowingly used the Spicer's voice audio recording without his authorization or consent and he wanted unspecified compensation for that.
