The Vice President of the United States Joe Biden has got a bit handsy with the new Defense Secretary's wife.
The 72-year-old Vice President was snapped whispering in the ear of Stephanie Carter, the wife of Ashton Carter, and putting his hands on her shoulders, during his swearing in ceremony as the new US Secretary of Defence, New.com.au reported.
Biden has previously been snapped leaning awkwardly towards the daughter of a US senator Maggie Coons and touching the faces of a number of women during swearing-in ceremonies in Washington DC.
One of the social media users labeled Biden as the "world's most powerful close talker," while Stuart Stevens, the former political adviser to Mitt Romney in 2012, said the Vice President should be "shunned by society.
