Aarey Drugs & Pharmaceuticals has allotted 5.05 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each at a prices of Rs 52 per equity share (including a premium of Rs 42 per share) on preferential basis.Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 18.08 crore.
