Adani Enterprises acquires 10% stake in Unyde Systems
Adani Enterprises has acquired 10% shareholding of Unyde Systems (USPL) on 9 February 2022. The cost of acquisition is Rs 3.75 crore.
USPL is a start-up that is engaged inter alia in the business of software development and information technology enabled services and related services and products. USPL's turnover for FY 2020-201 was Rs. 0.86 crore.
