Aditya Birla Capital allots 11 crore equity shares on preferential basis

Aditya Birla Capital on 16 October 2019 has allotted 11 crore equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each on preferential basis at a price of Rs 100 per equity share including a premium of Rs 90 per equity share for an aggregate consideration of Rs 1100 crore.

Consequent, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 22,02,55,77,660 (divided into 2,20,25,57,766 equity shares of face value Rs,10/- each) to Rs. 23,12,55,77,660 (divided into 2,31,25,57,766 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each).
