AGC Networks Inc. completes acquisition of Ensource Inc.

AGC Networks announced that its indirectly wholly owned subsidiary in US, AGC Networks Inc., has completed the acquisition of the business of Ensource, Inc. based in Jacksonville, Florida.

Ensource is an ICT solutions integrator focused on the healthcare and public sectors. This combination provides AGC Networks Inc. a strong footprint of enterprise customers and personnel in the southeastern USA and greatly expands the domain expertise in the complex healthcare vertical market. AGC Networks Inc. acquired the business of Ensource, Inc. on 01 June 2015, and the acquisition was completely funded through internal operating funds of AGC Networks Inc.
