Akar Tools announced that India Ratings & Research has assigned credit ratings to the long term loan and bank facilities as under -

Long term loans (Rs 4.5 crore) - IND BB+ / Stable

Fund based facilities (Rs 34.3 crore) - IND BB+ / Stable / IND A4+

Non-fund based facilities (Rs 6 crore) - IND A4+
