Alicon Castalloy allots 8.60 lakh equity shares to Enkei Corporation, Japan

On preferential basis

Alicon Castalloy has allotted 8,60,000 equity shares of Rs 5 each at Rs 479 per share to Enkei Corporation, Japan on preferential basis.

Post the allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased to Rs 6.68 crore dividend into 1,33,65,510 equity shares of Rs 5 each.
