Arfin India announces resignation of company secretary

Arfin India announced that Riddhi N. Shah has decided to resign from the post of Company Secretary vide her letter of Resignation dated 11 July 2015.

The Board may accept her letter of Resignation after due deliberation and shall relieve her from her responsibilities. Consequent to her resignation as Company Secretary, Riddhi N. Shah shall also cease to be Compliance Officer of the Company.
