By a period of 3 months
Arihant Foundations & Housing has extended the current Financial Year by a period of 3 months comprising of 15 months from 01 October 2014 to 31 December 2014, in order to align the financial year with April - March as per the Companies Act 2013. Further, the subsequent financial year of the Company shall also be extended by a period of 3 months comprising of 15 months from 01 January 2015 to 31 March 2016 to comply with the Act.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
